Welcome to Z&Z Atelier. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. About Z&Z Atelier

Z&Z Atelier specializes in custom-made, personalized, and handmade products, including but not limited to:

  • Mugs

  • Embroidered apparel

  • Caps

  • DTF Transfers

  • Sublimation products

  • Wreaths

  • Bows

  • Keychains

  • Shirts

  • Handmade gifts and décor

Many of our products are created specifically for each customer and are subject to special production, cancellation, and return policies.


2. Custom Orders & Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Quotes

  • Spellings

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Design instructions

  • Uploaded photos, logos, and artwork

Z&Z Atelier is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

For custom orders requiring a proof or mockup:

  • A proof may be provided before production begins.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully.

  • Once a proof has been approved, no further changes can be made.

  • Delays in approving proofs may result in delayed production and shipping.


3. Processing & Production Times

Production times vary depending on the item ordered.

Typical processing times are:

  • Mugs: 3–8 business days

  • Caps: 3–8 business days

  • Embroidery Items: 3–8 business days

  • DTF Transfers: 3–8 business days

  • Sublimation Products: 3–8 business days

  • Wreaths & Bows: 3–8 business days

  • Keychains: 3–8 business days

  • Shirts: 3–8 business days

These are estimated processing times and may vary during holidays, sales events, peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Z&Z Atelier is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

Customers must ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing their order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may be required before reshipment.


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Custom orders

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Products created using customer-provided names, text, logos, artwork, or design requests

  • Approved custom designs or proofs

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Any item returned without prior approval

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Z&Z Atelier will determine whether a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Z&Z Atelier reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Claims submitted after the 3-day period may be denied.


6. Order Cancellations

We begin working on orders quickly.

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours:

  • Production may have begun.

  • Materials may have been ordered.

  • Labor and design work may already be scheduled.

Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours are not guaranteed and may be denied.

Custom orders already in production cannot be cancelled.


7. Product Colors & Images

We make every effort to accurately display our products.

However, actual colors may vary due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Mobile device displays

  • Screen brightness

  • Lighting conditions

  • Material variations

Product photos, mockups, and digital previews are intended for reference only.

Minor variations between on-screen images and the final product do not constitute defects.


8. Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting logos, photographs, designs, text, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or

  • You have permission to use the content.

Customers assume full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues related to submitted materials.

Z&Z Atelier is not liable for any claims arising from customer-provided content.


9. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale options may be available for DTF transfers, sublimation products, and select handmade items.

Additional pricing, deposits, production schedules, and minimum order requirements may apply.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Z&Z Atelier reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders containing:

  • Offensive content

  • Illegal content

  • Hate speech

  • Harassment

  • Copyright or trademark violations


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z&Z Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.


12. Changes to These Terms

Z&Z Atelier reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
