CUSTOMIZED ETERNAL FLOWERS
All customized eternal flower arrangements are handmade and created according to the customer's selected colors, sizes, ribbon choices, add-ons, and personalization requests.
Because these items are custom-made specifically for each customer:
❌ No refunds
❌ No exchanges
❌ No returns
Orders may only be canceled within 3 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet begun.
Once the 3-hour cancellation period has passed, or once materials have been prepared, ordered, cut, assembled, or production has started, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, exchanged, or returned.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
READY-TO-SELL (NON-CUSTOMIZED) ETERNAL FLOWERS
Ready-to-sell, non-customized eternal flower arrangements may be eligible for return within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Return requests submitted after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
✔ Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
✔ Item must be returned in its original condition.
✔ Item must be unused, undamaged, and free from alterations.
✔ All original packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged due to our error.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
